Custom Unknown Maker Pool Cue, need identification.

Could be a Mohawk as previously mentioned. They had a pin like that. IIRC they were made in Taiwan, finished in Can. by Falcon and sold by some guy in NJ. The pics on the brochure(https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/tell-me-about-mohawk-cues.410012/)
don't show any with inlays. This one could have gotten the inlays at Falcon. Who knows. A FalconHawk maybe??

Mohawks 3/8x10 were different than the standard. I was told it was a negative thread. I have no idea what that really means but I had the tap made for it. Very popular cue in the 90's.
