This is a refinished viking tribal cue, it is this cue but with a few different options, http://vikingcue.com/products/cue.php?cueid=65 ,

One shaft is 30 inches long and custom made by manwon, the other shaft is 29 inches long and was custom made by Roger Petite in the Seattle WA area. The cue was refinished by manwon and the joint collars were added by him as well. The cue comes with only two shafts, the two shafts with the black collars. Both are about 12.75mm and the cue weighs about 17.75oz with both shafts, the finish is perfect no nicks ect... and the shafts are slightly blued is all.
