Cutting cushions

What is the most accurate method of cutting the angles of new cushions? I have a customer that is very particular about the angles. He also wants to tighten up the pockets. To my knowledge, which is limited, the only way to do that is to go with thicker facings or double them up. Appreciate your help.

Do a search on subrails. I cut the rubber with a 5'' razor blade and soapy water.
