Cutting ivorine 4 or Aegis

I did a search on these products and it sounds like they are very hard. Can you cut either ivorine 4 or aegis with a router? I am thinking after your joint and butt caps are on the cue can you do your final passes with the router, if these would screw up my router. I use a six wing cutter from cue components and a standard two blade straight router bit.

Well I Use My Router To Taper My SS Joints Without A Problem. They Come Like .860 I Think Youll Be Ok. I USE A STANDARD 2 BLADE BIT
 
Cut them till they are .020 oversized then you can route them.
Melamine and staghorn are just as hard.
G10's probably the worst for your cutters.
