Cutting veneer

Hello,

I ran across this mini table craft saw and was wondering if anyone would know if it would be suitable for cutting the 45 degree on veneers?

Below is a link to the saw. I have lead on one locally and the guy wants $175 for it.

I currently use the router method in Hightower's video and get good results but looking for something a little more contained.

Any information would be appreciated.

Someone on here has done it with very good results, but I can't remember who...
