Cyanoacrylate finishes

I just recently finished my first cue with Cyanoacrylate. My question is about how much is on average do you apply. I used a little over an ounce and a half. Is this about right or am I appling it to heavy? Thoughts and or advice.

CA Finish

Hi,

I like automotive clear over epoxy myself because I am getting the result I want and it keeps getting better over time because of a lot of factor details that must be repeated.

However, I have seen some great finishes using CA. If you buy Joe Barringer's CD (Cue Components website ) on Cue Finishing you will see someone who knows what he is doing with CA.
