I have refinished my cue a few times with super glue and I know the process. It has always come out great. My question is, as i am planning to do it again, must i remove all the existing cyanoacrylate finish completely or can I leave some of it, and apply more coats over it. I would prefer to leave some of it on the cue to save the signature if possible.

You can add additional ca anytime. No need to remove it all.

Why do you keep having to refinish it?
