Does the 3/8 x 10 pin on this CF shaft fit both regular 3/8 x 10 and the modified version of 3/8 x 10?

I think 3/8 modified requires the 3/8 flat shaft. Not an expert though.

3/8x10 will NOT fit on a modified 3/8x10 pin. However a modified 3/8x10 shaft will fit on a 3/8x10 pin.
