I have a pair of matching McDermott D19 Dice cues... Both brown stain black leather wrapped... I have had them for years and I took one of them out to play a few years ago and a "friend" picked it up and started spinning it like he was Tom Cruise to my horror... Before I could reach him he ended up smashing it into a shot glass that was on the ledge against the wall.....
Good news was the glass broke and not the cue... The bad news is the butt cap ended up missing some material... Didn't break it but put deep gouges into it... Too deep to fix....
I was hoping someone might have some spare McDermott parts laying around...... Like a Buttcap in good shape with the green shamrock still in good shape... The only marks on the whole cue are from the incident....
