First off, I would like to thank the folks who responded to my Helmstetter thread. I passes the info on to the owner last night. He was rather unsure of the validility of the info about the date/value of the cue but I assured him it came from a trusted source.
Now for myself. I personally have a Mcdermott D22 that I may offer for sale. The D22 has a leather wrap and one ding below the joint. I showed it to Rick with Phillippi and he said he would take the ding out for $50. No biggie there.
In any event, being the cue market is pretty soft, do the Mcdermott D series have a following? I have seen the cue blue books values but don't know how dated that info is. If I sell it, I want to price it realisticly. It is a really nice cue but it's on the rack more then in my case...
What do you think the D22's are valued at today?
Thanks again!
