Dale Perry Expo Cue

your cue

Shane, it looks good man, if you think it shoots good and you like the feel, keep it man. Hell i shot with a Players butt and a z2 shaft for a long time, still use it a lot. So dont worry what the others say, its your cue, if you like it, play it.
I'm buying my first full custom as well, going to be buying a crown cue, again i like the way they feel and shoot, so is all personal preferance. Good Luck man, hope your shooting them straight.

Not a bad looking cue IMO. I've hit a few Dale Perry's and thought they ht pretty nice.

I bought one a while ago on ebay. It was my first "good" cue. I have upgraded to a Downey since, but I hit with the Perry the other night and it hits good. Enjoy it!

I think the cue looks great, and I'm picky about cues.... Also, if it plays anything like my friend's DP, then its def a keeper

nice looking stick. I went with a pechauer custom after meeting them at the show, good prices and good looking stcks. I ordered a full custom pro series at 61" as I am 6'4" with long arms. Can't wait to get it!

I alos ordered a Jacoby Heavy Hitter Break cue, 61" and 21 oz too.
That was my first experience at SBE and I thought it was nice. All in, i am at about $450 for the pechauer and $200 for the break cue.

Once i get them, I'll post the pics.

Great pickup, Dale is a wonderful craftsman,,,,,,,,,,play on playa !!!

Good looking cue, though I prefer his older cues.

I'll bet that very few, if any, of the people who're unhappy with him said anything to him face-to-face.

Nice cue and nice to hear Dale was at the show as alot of people are not happy with him.

Another thing I forgot to check out. I was particularly interested in his butts because they have a steel collar around the joint. I am looking at a butt that is as forward-balanced as possible to mate with my OB-2, and the expo would've been a great place to try to find one. Too bad I was busy shootin and watchin!

Be sure to give us a review of your new Crown cue. From what I've heard, they play top level! :)

Generally, Dale's recent cues have a stainless sleeve around phenolic, so they're not as forward heavy as something with an entirely stainless joint.

I agree, I also have a Dale Perry I did not give that much for. Just got it I suppose for the sake of it was a cheaper custom cue. I really did not expect it to be much, but must say its hits as well as any other higher dollar custom cue I have. It really just comes down to what you like and what feels good to you. So for the money deff not a bad choice.
