Dalmata from atlas

Bought a couple peices of dalmata from Atlas and they look great!!

I dont see any cues made with this wood.? Is there a reason?

I am going to be making some into cues and wanted some input before putting them together.

Endgrain: Diffuse-porous; solitary and radial multiples; medium to large pores in no specific arrangement, very few; deposits common; parenchyma vasicentric, banded; narrow rays, spacing fairly close.


Rot Resistance: No data available.


Workability: Reported to be difficult to work, though it turns well.
