I would just like to inform you that if you're from the Cleveland area, there's an up and coming cue builder named Dan Akin. Iv'e been to his shop where he has done some repairs for me. Basic things like ferrule and tip, shaft cleaning etc. I was able to see some of the projects he's working on. He takes a lot of pride in what he does, and his workmanship is superior. The cues I saw him building were amazing. He clearly loves the game, and seems to be a perfectionist when it comes to repairs and cue building. He's very fair with his pricing also.
