Please let me start with, to make a long story short as possible... I entered the pool room and was a bit nervous. I new Danny was waiting for me and my friend did 5 hours of lessons the night before... I was a little rattled! My other friend Dianna Hoppe (A genuine person, wants to see the billiard industry succeed, great photographer of pool, etc.), set this up with me to promote Danny on his newest venture was on her way to make sure Danny was in "Good-Hands". Dianna had a emergency and had to leave the next day. I took Danny to a couple of local pool rooms. Danny and I talked about everything!!! We played alot of pool! His knowledge of the game is amazing to me! Danny is an amazing person with a lot of talent! Danny stayed at my house and we continued our play, converstions, etc. We "Grilled-Out", drank some Italian wine and had a great time! I learned so much from this man in a few hours about straight pool and one pocket! It is truly a God-Gifted talent for seeing what this man see's in the stack, To see him run the balls like he did when we where playing straight pool reminded me of the story that Sigel told about asking to hit balls with Irving Crane! Danny is a great player and teacher! I really want more! Danny just gave Jeanette Lee lessons and is doing a tour so people can be fortunate enough to "Get Into His Head". This was a great day for me! Thanks, Dianna, Danny! I look forward to you coming back in 2 weeks for the exibition at Fat Cat's Billiards! I cannot say enough about Danny, He is some of the last great people/good hearted people in the world and a legend of his times! You have ultimate respect from my wife and I Danny! We love you, You are a great and talented person! See You Soon! You have giving me "The Bug" for more straight pool, one pocket and an everlasting friendship with you! There is more to life than 9 ball! Thank You

Thanks for sharing the story about you and Danny DiLiberto. It sounds like you guys had a wonderful time together.

It is amazing what a few tips can do for your game. It sounds like Danny gave you a few tidbits to improve, as well as a thirst to play 14.1. :)

That's a great story!
