Danny Diliberto in Chicago July 25-?

Please be sure to let Danny know there is a one pocket tournament on July 26th at Chris's Billiards in Chicago. From what I understand, he is one of the greats of that game!

What time is the tournament? I think DAnny wants to go and we may have to schedule the lessons around the tournament.

Danny D will be in town in a few weeks giving lessons if anyone is interested.

He has some lessons booked Sunday at Red Shoes from 11-4.
Monday at Red Shoes 3:30 to 6:30.
This Friday I think he will be at ProTyme in Orland Park from 2 until 5, as of right now.

If anyone is interested in a lesson, email me at gwtlaw@aol.com.

For other days and venues you can probably contact him directly: 954 483-0389

Well, Danny is gone for now, but he had a busy time while he was here.

He stayed with a friend who was moving into a condo and helped him set up his new table.

He then gave lessons on Friday and out to dinner.

Chris's one pocket tournament for a full day Saturday.

Lessons at Red Shoes 11-6 Sunday and 3:30 to 7:30 Monday and then he hit the road.

One of the guys who took a lesson said it helped and he learned a couple shots that he would definitely be using in the Philadelphia qualifier this weekend.

George Fels took a lesson and it was interesting eavesdropping on that meeting of the giants.

On Monday, as I was playing some 14.1 at Red Shoes, I glanced over and saw George winning his final match in our league to take first place, as Danny was teaching someone and as Freddy the Beard was sitting near Danny watching.

Definitely worth the price of admission.

Danny may be coming up our way again in September after he does commentary in NJ at the World 14.1. He is thinking of entering a $1000 added one pocket at ProTyme then. And he'll probably be doing some more lessons too.

The guy who was in the qualifier, Bob Cozzolino, won it, so I bet his lesson was worth it.

I think you are doing a great job, helping organize these lessons and posting the videos. I am so thrilled watching Danny playing a little and extracting all the knowledge possible. I live in Spain so no option of attending a lesson for me :( but greatly appreciated ;)

Thanks. Glad you like them.
Where in Spain? My sister has a few condos in Fuengirola.

My brother-in-law is from the Basque area.

I am originally from Madrid but I live in Alicante (east coast). Fuengirola is more in the south coast, although both are nice vacation places with beach and nice weather and all that ;)

Nice to hear you have some connection to Spain.
