For anyone in the area, Dave Pearson will be performing a speed pool show in Ames, Iowa on Tuesday, September 17th. The show will take place at DG's Tap House, located above the Corner Pocket. Admission will be free.

As a note, I have only heard this information and have not seen any official advertisement. They did, however, announce it to the captains during the fall leauge meeting.

This guy is FUN to watch. Highly recommended.

He is fun to watch. He performed at our pool banquet this last year. He is awesome. I felt bad for him though. He had to play on sh*tty equipment in a dimly lit vfw hall. No real hanging pool light. I was actually embarrassed of my league operators for not setting him up with some decent equipment. He was great just the same, go see him if you can.

Is it on Tuesday September 16th or Wednesday September 17th? :p
 
Tuesday September 16th. I don't know any details, but I was just at the Corner Pocket last night and caught a glimpse of the flier. I have league there tonight and will take a closer look, as this is something that I don't want to miss.
