An ivory notched square in ever eboy square of the middle row of the chess board deesign in the butt end.

15. Butt - Ebony with checkerboard design. ( Alternating gaboon ebony and ivory squares )

17. Additional Info - a few chips in the finish in the butt area as well as in the joint. One scuff in the finish in the forearm. The cue was custom made for me in 2008 by custom cuemaker David Whitsell out of Santee, California. The butt was a pre made ebony spliced into maple blank that I purchased from cue components. FYI, the ebony points do not match up evenly.
