DAZN Account Problems

I have had a monthly DAZN account in the past. The last time I used DAZN was a gift from somebody that gave me a free month. I wanted to see the World Masters snooker finals with Ronnie O'Sullivan and Luca Brecel recently, and I went to the DAZN website. Much to my surprise, the finals appeared, though I do have a DAZN subscription at this. I have checked my credit cards thoroughly, and I have not been charged. I have to say I did enjoy the finals a lot. Even the commercials were great.

My worry is that the gift of one month that somebody gave me last time I was using DAZN is now being charged for my World Masters snooker finals. I am afraid to click the yellow NEXT button in the subscription section for fear I will inadvertently create a new subscription with them or myself. I called the 1-855 number and it is always busy, busy, busy. Talk about a nightmare that gets worse and worse. Does anybody have any suggestions?

When I read how to cancel DAZN, in case I am enjoying a free month before being charged or my friend being charged, I followed these instructions below, and there is no CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button or CONFIRM CANCELLATION button. I don't know if I'm being charged or my friend is being charged or if there is a quirk in the DAZN system and I got to watch the World Masters final for free.

I can't say much about your mystery but I highly recommend people sign up through an Apple device (maybe android too but I haven't used it). Apple keeps a stupid amount of money from DAZN but that is their problem, not the customer. Then you can cancel with certainty.

Also, I did a month in December and the monthly plan is now, not just one stream, but only one device can be logged in. This was quite a pain for me as I moved from TV to TV in my house.

I don't think I will bother watching the US get destroyed this year.

I am in a similar situation. I long ago canceled my DAZN subscription. I reinstalled the app to watch Ronnie and Luca and was surprised when the match came up without me resubscribing. I too searched and couldn't find a way to check if I had been automatically subscribed.
Definitely interested in what's going on with this situation.

Tell your friend your situation , click on the next button and see what happens.
Worst case scenario, you reimburse your friend.

I am not glad this happened to you, but I am glad I am not the only one.
