How do you access the site?????

It's a hub, not a website. You have to use some kinds of Direct Connect software to access it. It's kind of like a forum for files. We all connect to a server and share the files we have, and everyone can download what he wants from the other guys' shares.

You can download the best client here:

Follow the instructions and join the hub with the address I provided.

In DC++ go to settings>sharing>find upload slots>increase>ok>reconnect to above hub...................

Or are you trying to open slots to download ? Then you just have to wait for the user to have free slots. Many users have all slots taken and you have to remain in the queue until it's your "turn". With popular users it might take a while...
