Gerry sounds like exactly what I did last year, other then I was sitting at home watching the stream the first few nights then one day around 4pm I said screw this I'm going packed a bag and was there by dark.
This year I'm taking a sleeping bag so I don't have to go all the way to new albany for a few hours sleep if the casino is full like last year. Call me cheap and crazy, cause I am lol, but my plan is to get a room every other day or so in louisville for a shower if I can't find a decent truck stop to get a shower at.
Far as driving or not myself I hate being anywhere without a car but I guess it comes down to if your ok with eating at the casino the whole time your there, something I probably won't be doing this year. For me atleast everything in the casino closes way too early as I'm a night owl that won't even see much of the tournament itself.
