What "choice" will exist when they're kicking in your door?

America is not just a beautiful place to live; it is a beautiful place to help preserve so the next generation can live free, too. It's not a place to spend the next 3 generation's assets while pissing on the liberty that made all of that possible. (general statement, not pointing at you)

Maybe we Boomers got a special message from our parent's generation about what it really takes for a culture to survive, and now that message is lost.

Look at my avatar. At least think about what is really important for your kids and you and everything that is beauty.

I’ve lived at Harrahs Cherokee for the past 10 years (not actually lived but spent a ton ton ton ton of time there).

They (The Cherokee) do what they want.

I told Greg many years ago to do a tournament at Cherokee. It’s way bigger than Indiana and back then the ones I talked to seemed very receptive.

They’ve been doing WSOP events for years and they just recently expanded the hotel and convention areas.

Not sure if he still is but the man in charge there was/is Brooks Robinson (that’s what I thought too but it’s not the ex ball player).

Anyway, tribal casinos really don’t answer to anybody regarding the rules they want in place so if they say mask one day…mask it is.

Here’s a tidbit. What’s the limit you can sue a tribal casino for…you’re going to like this…$10,000 max under federal law.

Tribal casinos CAN do their own thing but virtually all have followed state guidelines during covid. Public safety provisions are part of the pact(s) between tribes and gov't. The NIGC has the power to shut them down if they don't follow health guidelines. Until Indiana issues a mandate DCC will be mask optional.
