I very much doubt the 743 hours

But I can verify that I have gone two days without sleep there. One time I arrived on Saturday morning and immediately lost $500 playing one pocket in 30 minutes. Then for the next day and a half I got in various small games and at one point wanted to flip a Junior Pimp for the rest of my bankroll. I had won some and lost some and my bankroll was down to $600 when I decided at 5am on Monday morning I had to get back on the road.
I go up to my friend's room and take a shower. Then I make one more trip through the action room and get barked at by a guy they call Tyson to play some one pocket. I say what do you want to do and he says five ahead for $700. I say bet and go looking for my buddy to borrow $150 to post and have some quarters to jack into the table.
When I get back Tyson is talking to his buddies - who look like pimps to me, maybe I am sterotyping here.... and he says he only wants to play for $500. I get indignant and tell him he is keeping me from an appointment and that we agreed to $700 and he should borrow some from the pimps. I told them to send a couple girls out and get the stake up. I was being a little arrogant you could say. I didn't even know how Tyson played one hole or if I was in a stone trap. But I figured on going out being all in and not showing any weakness.
So they man up and post the $700 and we tee it off. Now I haven't had ANY sleep since I got up early Saturday morning in CHICAGO an drove down to DCC.
So I flub the first three games and he is 3 ahead in like twenty minutes. In the fourth game he plays a little too wide open and let's me start moving and after a while I get that game and the next one. So now he is plus one and I tell them I will let them buy out for $500 right then. They laugh of course and I say that every game from then on out will cost them another hundred.
Long story short it takes me about four hours to take down the set. Now it's 10am on Monday morning. I find my friend and pay him back the $150 and hit the road.
About 30 minutes out of Lousiville I fall asleep and almost go over the side. I pulled into the next parking lot and slept like a baby for hours. When I woke up it was afternoon and of course I also went the wrong way in the beginning. So the best move was to go through the mountains on the small roads to get back to the highway. I was still tired but that was a slow beautiful and slightly scary trip through the mountains with some foggy roads.
I would estimate it took me twenty more hours to make the ten hour drive home.
