Here's a mini report:
Another great tournament, Ray. Better luck next time with the $20 AZers' tourney.
Early on, the pretourney favorites were sent to the one loss side including Corey Dordek, Nick Hood, Brian Sanders & Jose Zaragosa. After the 2nd & 3rd rounds, Bill Fuller, Henry Rocha & Travis Gunn joined the others as well.
The final 8 players. I'm sure Ray or Samiel can give you a more complete report. When I left, there were 8 players left. Mike Rountree & Jon Rollins were shooting real good. They just didn't seem to miss a ball, but Jimmy Davis & David H. were no different.
Winner side: Jimmy Davis vs. Jon Rollins & David H. vs. Mike Rountree.
One loss side: Chris Morris vs. Mike Voelkering & Chris Holan vs. ???
For the next 3-4 weeks, there's nothing going on as far as tournaments concerned. It would be a good time for those who didn't do too well lately & now wish to work on their games a little bit. I don't know about y'all, practice table here I come.

Great report Sang! Thank you! We had all the AZers , but one of us : ) was in the monthly tournament too long and we were forced to cancel the AZer mini. I had a chance to play some other games with Viet My, we played banks, one pocket and 14.1. I must say Viet is very fun to play! This guy loves the game and plays it well too.

Well, you can't blame me. I was fantasizing about winning the tourney & the auction the night before. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to be. Your Jr gave me the hardest time of the whole tournament. First match is always the hardest one for me to get past.Bigtruck said:

Thanks for the great tournament Ray! My first two opponents were DFW guys! I got knocked out pretty quickly though... the field is pretty tough!
Ray spanked my ass at every game we played! We'll have to match up again sometime... but I'm going to ask for a spot!
I ended up breaking even overall for the trip... my 3rd place pick of my road partner Roundtree helped even me up on my money!
