Deco Taper fixture

Does anyone know who made the Deco Taper Fixture and how I might contact them? I recently acquired one from an old cue makers shop and there is a part missing, one that is easily made but I would rather have the original piece when I go to sell it.

I bought one almost 2 yrs ago. Best purchase i have made yet. The guys name is tom hassos. I used to have his number, but i cant seem to find it, sorry.
