Hi, I hear the term A player , C player etc from time to time in these forums but around Nashville i never hear the term. Can anyone give me a rough idea of what lvl these players are? Maybe correlated to a standard league handicap level.
in APA you go from 4-9 in 9 ball comparing that to A-D i would say
D=4
C=5
B=6/7
A=8/9
thats just my take we have spoken about this a million times on the forum.
The biggest problem is that every area has a different caliber of top players. Take for instance my roommate is one of a half dozen 9spds in APA in lafayette. If he goes to Tulsa he would only be a low 7sp....b/c the total caliber of players is that much better.
Man were I live those apa sandbaggers are total nits. I swear they think there pro level when there 6 to 7 speed. They wont bet a dime and they talk shit and complain constantly. I dont know of any APA 6 or 7 in my area who can even beat the 7 ball ghost on the bar box Seriously
