Well, in case some of you did not get to read it. I wrote a post that I requested to be deleted. As the thread went on, I realized that I did see the wrong side of the issue and owed a great local player an apology. I again apologize for any trouble or harm I may have caused.
I did apologize in the thread with complete remorse. I feel that leaving the thread up was not the best thing to do. Some people will not read the entire post and might get the wrong impression of this person due to my early judgmental thoughts. I didn't want that. He deserves all the respect in the world. The only person that should be judged is me, for posting it in the first place. When I make a mistake, I want to admit it.
I know he's a great player and a good person. I was wrong. Please except my apology. BTW, he has not spoken to me about this yet and when I realized my point of view was misinterpreted, I wanted to correct it right away. A friend of his did PM me about it and he got me to thinking. I realized later just what this great player was was doing. THE RIGHT THING! I do mean that in every sense of the word.
I would appreciate if people would not post or talk about it as I don't want to dredge it up again as it was only visible for a few hours. So I am apologizing to him and to you, for my mistake to the person in question and to the AZB Nation for my misuse of our great community. Please forgive my ignorance.
If he wants to email me, I will be glad to call him and appologize to him directly.
