Just finished this breaker for Mike up in Big Sky Country. It is made made from curly Purple Heart and a unique piece of Marble wood for the handle sleeve. Marble wood comes from Suriname in S. America and has a Janka rating of 2532 as compared to sugar maple at 1450. It has a very nice resonance and tap tone which makes it ideal for a cue handle sleeve. The pin, as usual is G-10 and the butt cap and joint sleeves are phenolic. The shaft is also PH with a G-10 ferrule, PRO taper, 12.8mm and a Samsara JB tip. The weight, with the shaft shown, is 19.6 ounces with a forward balance.
