Here are some pics of a cue I made for a cueist in Singapore. The core is full length purple heart. The forearm is made from one of the prettiest pieces of Brazilian Rosewood I have come across in years (I have 6 more pieces if
anybody is interested) and the handle from HF Sapele. The butt is rounded out with ebony joint sleeve and butt cap. The cue is fitted with my signature Herringbone trim rings. Shaft is maple with Elk ferrule and Kaumi SII tip.
A cue similiar to this (I do not make two cues the same) would cost around
$450. Current lead time is 9 months to 1 year.

That rosewood is HOT!!!!! Nice job, Bob.

Thanks Eric: The pictures do not do it justice. I didn't realize what I
had until it was polished out.

Are those Dice in the rings, or some other design.

Herringbone inlays. For a detailed look check out the pic. These are tulip wood, but I make them from a variety of materials.
