I know one local master cuemaker who does not answer the phone anymore.
His building is locked. Nobody gets in unless he has an appointment.
Denis is in that stage where anything he makes sells anyway.
So, for him to take ANY cue order, is a gift to that person.
How do you get an appointment then?...........
