I might have put the hex on Dennis on that shot. I was watching and thinking "I hate those shots. How come these guys never miss them?"
 
Ko breaks dry.

Dennis running out but plays rail first trying to get to the 5 and misses.

Ko makes the 4 and puts Dennis in jail. Dennis hits it and leaves it tough. Ko nails it and plays 3 rail shape for the 6.

They play until one of them gets to 80 tonight????

Ko breaks dry but Dennis has to duck. Ko misses the one but safety battle ensued. Ko leaves a 1-10 combo which Dennis fires in at 100 mph.

46-44
 
Dennis breaks wet.

Cue ball sitting in corner pocket and one ball a diamond away just off the same rail. Tough shot but Dennis makes it anyway. Has to play safe on the 3. Ko leaves half a shot and Dennis misses but leaves it tough.

Ko runs out. 46-45
 
Ko breaks wet, having gone to the Delta 13 from the magic rack.

Ko runs out to tie it up 46-46.
 
Ko breaks dry but leaves no shot. Dennis pushes out.

Ko makes a real tough cut down the rail, which Ko makes. Ko over runs shape and hangs the 6 on a tough back cut.

47-46 Dennis
 
Dennis breaks dry again.

Ko plays a left handed combo and misses. Dennis plays a one pocket bank shot to get down table for the 2 but misses.

Ko can barely see the one and misses the shot. Dennis makes a great shot from the 4 to the 5. Runs short on the 7 but makes a great cut in the side.

49-46
 
Wet break by Dennis but no shot. Push out and Dennis put back in. Ko wins the safety battle and runs out.

49-47.
 
Ko goes back to magic rack and makes 2 balls with shape on 1.

Ko runs out. 49-48.

10-15 minute break.
 
Dennis used the time out to..... practice the magic rack break and.... play more pool. :cool:

Misses a bank on the one. Safety battle ensues. Dennis sells out.
