If there is a dent on a laminated shaft, how do you deal with it?
is it okay to go the steam (or hot towel) and polishing cloth approach as done for normal shafts?

TIA,

TIA,
I make a lot of laminated shafts for my Qs. I treat any dent, in these shafts, just as I would a maple shaft. I use a DAMP cotton sock, with a hot iron, to steam out any dents...JER

Thanks, BLACKHEART. Will try your method.

If your shaft has a clearcoat finish or a patina from use, you'll have to sand or scrape the area LIGHTLY, to show the bare wood. Otherwise the water won't penatrate. When you're done sand with 600 grit sandpaper, then 1000 & finish with 1500 or 2000. Burnish & you're done...JER
