I was wondering what are the qualifications for enter the events at Derby city .Can anyone enter the events or are there other qualifications?

No qualification other than you have to have the entry fee.

Go to www.derbycityclassic.com for information on fees. I think last year they averaged $125 for each event. If you enter just one event, you get 2 passes for the entire 9 days. It costs you more if you just bought tickets to watch.
