How does the derby city re-buy system work? Is there a cut off for re-buys and how is the losers bracket arrived at. Could someone please fill in the blanks as to how this system works. Thanks

i think its a blind draw every stage...and you can buy back 1 time at anytime

There isn't a losers bracket - this is essentially a single elimination tourney with a rebuy. You could actually play the same guy three rounds in a row.
