Just don't plan on getting much sleep -- the best is often in the very late hours. Actually it almost has to be because with so many players in the three tourney disciplines, they tourney tables are in use from about noon until about 1am or so...

I've said it on here before, I look forward to the Derby more than Christmas. I usually try to get in 2 naps a day. One from 5am-10am and one from 10pm-11pm. The Derby is the best event going. Non stop action, excellent tournament play, and cues galore. I can't wait!!! :D

LOL, the problem won't be finding things to watch - it will be trying to find things you DON'T want to watch. After it's all over you're going to have to look up 'sleep' in the dictionary because you'll have forgotten what it means.

Last time I was there I decided I'd had enough at about 5 am, then for some reason watched a one-pocket match between two players who couldn't find their holes with a six-man search party. Finally dozed off at 12 noon. I'm sick, sick I tell you.
