The Tigers are a far better club than the Blue Jays. Toronto hasn't made much noise since Joe Carter.

yeah ok but since this is a pool site..i was kinda hoping that i would get a reply pool related....whast the opinion on pool for these two towns

example who wins the money..lets say eric hooeeerrleeeesiennnnn or john binion or adam smith or jon morra or whoever???

In Toronto Alex Pagulayan, John Morra, Justin Kluznik, Jason Klatt, Jeff White Alain Martel, Call Jim Wych he lives down there his phone number is on the canadian9balltour.com website.

Historically, Detroit by far, I don't know nowadays

Alex P hasn't been here for years

Toronto as a whole has an abysmal pool scene

best pool scene in the country is Montreal by far

Detroit has much finer black/mulatto women if your tastes run that way, much finer, all other types are better here but they're snobier also

Toronto players are better......by far.....at all games.

All of us in Detroit need weight no matter the game but we will take a look at it $$$.

man if that's the case then Detroit players have gone down hill

I love that city, lots of good history there

and where else can you buy homes for 5k? ;)

$5,000??????

Are they that high now????

Team Challenge match!

What about a challenge match between Toronto and Detroit players, if Montreal wants to bring out their best that's great too?

We could get three players each and play different games to mix it up, I'm open to ideas and anyone in Detroit or Montreal that wants to round up their local tallent I will take care of Toronto.

We can make sure the match is worth the time.

I don't know who would win and I'm sure there are many great Detroit players.

Anyone interested let me know we could throw something together.

If this happens, please let me know also. I might be able to round up a couple of top notch guys from Ottawa to play also. We might not be the hotbed of pool in Ontario, but there are a couple of guys around here that can give anyone a run for their money on any given Sunday :)

Don't forget Detroit, Ronnie Wiseman is OURS! ;)

If I were sending a 3 person team from TO I would probably go with John Morra, Jason Klatt, and Ronnie Wiseman with Erik Horleifson as the alternate.

Oh yeah, and me.....I'm the water boy.

Nope...Ronnie LIVES at Hall Of Fame Billiards in Warren, Mi, and he calls it home. Either he plays for Detroit or he's barred :D !

Alex lived here too for a couple years. Rachel is in and out. The players seem to visit and then decide to stay. Could that be because of the action ? I think the answer's obvious;) ...Tom

I agree with Wiseman not being part of Toronto, he is more a Windsor/Detroit player than Toronto.

Alex is everywhere and even though Toronto was home for many years it currently isn't. Klatt is debatable as a member of a Toronto team, though he is here quite a bit.

Erik Hjorleifson and John Morra call Toronto home, you can throw in Mario Morra, Raymond Cruz, Eric Hildebrand, or Jeff White as other posibilities on a Toronto team.

If it were Ontario vs Michigan that would be a totaly different pool of players to draw from.

So if anyone in the Detroit area is willing to round up some local tallent for a match let me know.

If you are trying to name this competition just remember:TSN already has The Border Battle.:D

But there are several casinos in Detroit and Windsor that might be sucked into this. Just show them how pool is handled in some other casinos:D

I would take Binion, Chohan, Wiseman.. Detroit palyers.. :D
