Diamond Billiard K55 Profile Cushion

I own a gc1 table and read a few posts on different cushions on this site. Looks like I might go with Brunswick superspeed or maybe this diamond k55. I did see this add online the price looks low even cheaper then the superspeed. Do you have any input on the two. My table probably has the original rubber on it now and although it has a consistant bounce I only get 3 1/2 rails when struck hard lenghwise.

sorry my friend' replacement cushions for gold crown 1's do not exist,
Brunswick did not start using the K-55 profile till the later gold crowns...
you will see the cushions on your table are monarch super speed cushions, the monarch cushions are different than any cushion available today...the wood sub-rail will have to be calibrated to fit up today's k-55 profile...
there is no other way to properly do the job...BUT' once its done by a trained mechanic that specializes in that field of work the table will play better than it ever has'
