When diamond sent out David Isaac's to fix my table he fixed a few things that I addressed in a prev thread. He asked me before he left if I liked the table overall I mentioned that I wished I would have gone pro cuts vs leagues since not many of friends and family showed interest in playing. He said he thought he knew someone that would be interested in my leagues and he would look at getting me a pro cut set ordered. He asked if I wanted to go black for a more home oriented look, I said sure. Fast forward he was able to come out and do the swap. David told me prior to coming out his plan was to tear the whole table down and make sure everything was right. He followed up on that promise. I had some balls getting chipped and we found the issue was two of the return lines had the set screws installed in the wrong place and balls were hitting them. He sorted that and a couple of other miscellaneous issues with the tear down. David also saved me a new pre flood 9ft cut of simonis 860HR. He swapped my set of balls out I went with a new aramith blak set. I really like them so far especially the measles. David is the man and went out of his way to make sure everything was dialed in and I was taken care of. He asked if my daughter wanted to sign the slate before he installed the new cloth she thought that was awesome. If you guys need a diamond he does sell them directly along with doing the install himself. Table plays lights out and he spent a solid day at my place making sure everything was dialed in. Looking forward to many years to come with my set up and not having to worry anymore about install issues. Fatboy the last pic is for you I have an orange 5 in the rack lol.
