Diamond Set Balls? Please identify.

Hello.
I have seen them before, sir… but not often.
I know there were two slightly different versions released to market. I understand that they were distributed under the Crest Billiards banner and possibly retailed by Imperial in America. As far as I’m aware they did not have a specific set name and were simply sold in a generic box. I believe the balls were made in China in the 1990s, but not entirely sure of exact date or manufacturer.
From a collector’s viewpoint I would consider them rare, desirable and valuable (although dependent on condition). It’s a beautiful set.
