Diamond Smart Table (plus cart) ?????

Since I will be moving soon I am interested in purchasing a 7 ft Diamond Smart table PLUS the moving cart. Location is in New Mexico.

I know this is overkill but I won't go into the reason at the moment. What is a good costimate for this combination?

7' Pro-AM new pkg $4400....Table only $4000
Tourney used pkg $4200..table only $3800

Tournament used means table has been used one or more tournaments, tables may be refurbished.
Pro Am pkg includes light, simonis 860 cloth, super aramith balls and matching diamond rack.
If you order new, choice of 4 colors, used, get what ya get I guess.
