How did it play when you where finished? Is the diamond cushion the right shape and height? (just curious if you had to change something else to make the cushion work) What was the pocket finished width?
Last but not least send me a quote for fixing the cushions on 30 GC IIIs.

Great job, Jack. Do you have any idea what it would cost to do this to an old Gandy Big G? I know there are some good table mechanics in the Atlanta area who could probably do this for me. I think you are a little far away from East Central Alabama.

Pretty to watch the slideshow and to see the workmanship involved in the conversion.
Probably a dumb question, but with that level of attention to detail, does the type and/or amount of glue used affect your measurements?

Did the customer have a "Bronze" GC but put different corners (pocket castings) on it?
I am also curious as to how much trouble it is to get those same castings to lay down flat and even with the top of the rails?
