Did anybody know what cue is this?

Hi. I had buy this cue, because it looks very nice. And i was surprised about the quality. I think this is not a normal cue. Did anybody know this cue?

Thats a really odd design,maybe a hobbyist did it in his garage?

Slowly I believe that too. Because really nobody knows the cue. I have played it yesterday for the first time. Solid hit, a lot of effect. Nearly like an LD. I will show this to Michael Vollmer. He can tell me, if this is a work from an amateur.
