Did Darren Appleton foul on the 5? - Accustats 2017 8B Make it Happen

yeah. i said on last night live chat(accustats youtube) that Darren did foul. I still think he did just right. You can feel it, kinda, but it could be just nervous feel under pressure. You hit another ball on same time and very stressful place. He did not want to call foul to himself because he was not sure if he fouled- He wanted others see it and if they called foul he would accept it 100%. Class act IMO. Too bad they did not see it from video but that hill hill made great end for match and did go right way. Even I never like when Shaw wins lol.
 
And if Darren would be sure he fouled he would just made foul on next shot even they would call it.
 
here old classic. I´ve seen Jimmy and others do same stuff many times. Often referee say something like "Thank you Jimmy"

Well the match was not real good play, but good to see pros miss and struggling.

Not good that they were struggling, just good to see they are human and not perfect playing robots and the emotions getting to both players
 
I think they should stick to cue ball fouls only. There are enough other reasons to hate on these guys than worrying about a minute grazing that otherwise had no practical affect on the outcome. Certain members of the cadre can be seen sharking other players, which I detest. Frequent? Perhaps not, but I'm certain its the same ones who practice it.
