Did Paul Dayton sign all of his cues?

I’m in the market for a playable Paul Dayton cue. I found one that the current owner says was purchased new from Paul in 2015. The look, joint, collar work and butt all seem right, but the cue is not signed. Is it possible that Paul made this cue but didn’t sign it?

i think he did but not always in the same place ,,,,,i have one signed between the points and one (merry widow) signed on the butt
