I was fortunate enough to know Dennis for many years. We first met in 1992. He had offered for me to come up to Michigan and stay with him a couple weeks to learn to build cues. Timing never worked out. In his recent years he moved to a small town about 30 minutes from me.
For a number of reasons I have moved away from playing pool. Not a permanent move, but you know how these things happen sometimes. I've bought and sold more cues than I can remember over the years. But this is one I'll never part with.
