Diliberto/Cozzolino video lesson

I can't thank you enough for posting these lessons. I've learned quite a bit. I picked up 2 nice shots with this one. One of them is the topspin jump shot into the middle of the rack when a regular topspin shot would just glance the rack. I think I used to do this many years ago and forgot about it.
The other one is when you don't have a good angle and would have to really pound the ball in for shape on the break shot:

Nice video Dennis, thank you for upkloading this buddy :)

I was wondering if anyone can tell me whhich pool hall is this video recorded at?... it's looks to be a pretty nice room :)

Willie

P.S. I'm coming to the conclusion that I might have to get some kind of bank loan and just find some place to put up my own table to practice on, as alot of pool halls seem to be closing down here, because of the cost of utility bills like electricity, rent, etc, and so if anyone has any advice on how to go abobut finding a room to rent that I can put a pool table in, please let me know either by reply or PM :)

Thank you :)

The Lessons were at Red Shoes in Alsip Illinois. The place is being rehab'd right now. 3 big tables taken out. Bar and a kitchen added and I guess he's gonna put in some small tables to go for the bar league business.

He's been having 14.1 leagues there for thirteen years. Had some one pocket leagues there too. It's mostly a bank and one pocket room.

Thanks Dennis :)

Sounds like my kinda room, especially a room that is mostly straight, banks and one pocket, I'll bet it'll look great when the refurb is finished :)

Is Chris's Billiards still open or is it closed down? :), I believe there were quite a few scenes filmed there in TCOM :)

Chris's is open. Handicapped 9 ball touneys on Sunday nights ($8), 8 ball tourney, roundrobin race to 2 on Wednesday nights ($10). Also 3 cushion, one pocket, 9 ball, and 8 ball open tournaments from time to time.

Thanks Flex, it's awesome that Chris's Billiards is still up and running :)

It would be even more awesome to be able to travel to the US, and travel to the Windy City and check out a few rooms and play a few tourneys, even if it's just for the fun of it :)

Right, no more going off topic for me :) lol, catch you guys later and thanks once again Dennis for uploading the video :), I'm looking forward to anymore SP videos that are available to view :)
