DIVENY 04 players cue butterfly

Hello all,

This is a 2004 Pat Diveny Players cue. I took it in on trade so not 100% sure of all details. It looks to be east Indian rosewood. Cue weighs 19.5oz, joint is some type of bone collar over wood, it is not ivory. Shaft is 12mm, complete with Kamui tip. so is it a solid piece of rosewood with the butterfly splice in the bottom? no full or short splice?
