Brings back memories

I'm in My 40's now, and My Grandfather passed away when I was around 6-8 years old, but he had stacks and stacks Popular mechanics going all the way back. He had a subscription going back to the 50's I believe. Even after him passing My Grandmother kept the subscription going up until her passing in My late teens. Living next door to her, whenever I was not running around with friends, or just doing my own thing working on my cars or toys, I tried to spend time with her to help keep her company when I could through out those years. I spent a lot of time just talking with her about many things, and flipping through the pages of these Magazines, and she would give me stacks of older issues to take home and read.They were a wealth of knowledge on many different things both mechanics and woodworking,as well as them featuring the newest ideas, inventions and concepts. Very good Magazine IMHO.
