I have been watching Ray Mears and wanted to try some carving. After watching him enjoy the wilderness, it makes me want to drop everything I'm doing and go spend the rest of my life in the outdoors.
Actually my question is, do any of you do any hand carving into wood, and does anyone know where I can get a couple of quality carving knives, and please don't say woodcraft or rockler.
