DO NOT BUY FROM BREAKRAKCO.COM

I bought the breakrak for my 9ft table from breakrakco.com on May 8 2026 and the end cracked off in August. I contacted them via email according to their site and asked how I can get a replacement tube if this isn't covered under warranty. A couple days later I got an email from Dustin Mcgee stating he would ship out a replacement ASAP. I asked for a tracking # the next day and no response. I send a couple more follow up emails and no response. A week goes by and I have nothing in the mail. I email again and a week later Dustin replies he will get me a tracking # once he has one. I figured he wouldn't wait that long to send it out so I asked why such a delay, no response. I wait some more. A few days go by and still nothing. I call and speak to Addison and she tells me she doesn't know when Dustin will be in and can't provide me a phone # for him but she will send him a message. Next day, nothing. I call back and speak to Addison again, same story and still no reply back from Dustin. I call again another day and speak to another lady and she tells me email is best for him. I explain that Dustin doesn't respond in a timely manner and I need to know when this will be sent out. She stated she will reach out to Dustin for me. Again, another day passes no response at all. I'll assume Dustin doesn't care that I spent almost $600 and can't use my breakrak. I was willing to pay for another tube as I stated in the beginning and even with that he doesn't care.

This is terrible customer service from Dustin and I highly recommend you stay away from this company. Turns out with some digging that Dustin Mcgee is the owner of a roofing company and this must be his side gig to make some extra money. Youve been warned that if you buy this breakrak and have an issue with a part, you most likely will be treated like I was and thats no way to treat customers. But if you do buy this breakrak and ever need a part this is the # Ive been calling Dustin on, maybe you will have better luck than I did.

The Customer Service you described is bad for sure
But can’t you still use the break rack even with that little piece chipped off?

i tried but it wiggles loose, so i taped it up with gorilla tape but it still opens a bit but stays together. what i did do was some macgyver stuff, i took some zip ties and tied them around my aluminum frame underneath because the rasson victory 2 has an all aluminum frame, i pulled the ties short enough to take the bungee chords and hook them to the ties and keep good tension on them to where the breakrak functions as it should.

with the customer service that Dustin has given me, he shouldn't be selling anything to the pool community. products break, but with any product they dont last forever. in my case a couple months and ive used the breakrak a lot and never had this issue until i did. stuff happens but a good company would take care of their customer.

heres my setup
