Do pros use BHE?

I've followed a number of recent threads here regarding BHE with interest, and have begun to experiment with it myself. I'm making it work in some practice situations, but haven't yet had the confidence to begin using it in competition. One question I have about it, though, is if the pros use it. As I've become more aware of it I find myself watching televised matches and paying attention to how the pros address the cue ball. It seems to me that the majority of pros address the cue ball using practice strokes that aim at their desired contact point--i.e., they are NOT using BHE. Any opinions on this, especially from any pros who may read this thread?

I played in Japan for several years, and several Filippinos live and play there regularly, and most of them are international level players that just don't play in international level events execept for the Japan open or Tokyo open. So far, EVERY one of them I've met uses some form of BHE be it all the time, or depending on the shot, or most likely combined with traditional point of contact stroking. It's hard to tell when watching from a distance, but when playing against or next to these guys at first, I could never figure out how in the world they were getting such action because it always looked as if they were lining up for center strokes.
